Audit Committee

The main task of the Audit Committee is to audit the Group’s accounting and financial reporting, as well as keeping in continued contact with the auditors and reviewing their work plan and their allowances.

The Committee shall, furthermore, assist the Election Committee in its choice of auditors and compensation before the annual general meeting when the election of auditors takes place.

The Audit Committee consists of the entire Board, except for the Chief Executive Officer. Over the year, the Committee has had two meetings with the company’s auditor.
