 Auditors
At the general meeting of shareholders 2004, Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers was elected auditor, with Lennart Wiberg in charge.
Lennart Wiberg has led the audit assignment since 2004 and also has Investment AB Latour and Rederi AB Transatlantic among his larger audit assignments. At present, he has no assignments affiliated to any major owner of Fagerhult or to the Chief Executive Officer.
At the Board meeting in February 2007, the auditor presented a personal report to the Board concerning the audit assignment and also concerning the Group’s internal control.
Auditing of the Group’s worldwide companies is co-ordinated by Öhrlings Pricewaterhouse- Coopers. All of the activities of the companies of significant extent are audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers in the country in question, apart from Whitecroft Lighting Ltd, which engages KPMG as external auditor. The Company’s activities are audited for a few of the smaller companies. |
