Board of Directors
The Board of Directors decides in questions concerning the Group’s strategic alignment, finances, investments, acquisitions, sales, organisational questions and rules and policies. The Board of Directors is kept well informed of the Company’s operations through monthly reports from the Company management.
The Board of Directors currently consists of seven members, elected at the shareholders’ general meeting and two members and deputy members chosen by the trade unions.
