Fagerhult is a large Group with multi-faceted operations and we see our current employees as an important base for recruitment. In order to be able to follow the development of our current talent and also identify future competency requirements, we need to undertake regular analyses and evaluations. What are our competency requirements and how can we satisfy these requirements? Through our Talent Management work, we identify and map the future leadership capacity we already have internally. This also helps us see what we need to supplement with external recruitment. Students are an important target group for recruitment. That is why we co-operate with universities and higher education institutions in a number of ways and through a variety of educational programmes, including mentorship programmes.
