Long-term incentive scheme
In 2012, a long-term incentive scheme was introduced in the form of a performance-based share-savings plan for senior managment. The first plan was approved by the 2012 AGM and runs from 2012 to 2015. The AGMs in 2013, 2014 and 2015 resolved to approve additional share-savings plans that each extended over three years.
