Fagerhult’s operations are organised into four business areas. These include 34 subsidiaries. The operations of the respective subsidiaries are controlled by their Boards. The Boards of the subsidiaries consist of, among others, the managing director of the subsidiary, at least one business area manager and, in most cases, the Group’s CEO and Group’s CFO.
A formal work plan is established annually for each subsidiary, in which responsibilities and authorities are clearly delegated and where the work of the subsidiary’s Board is governed.
