Quality goals

The improvement of our quality programme is an ongoing project through establishing new objectives. Fagerhults Belysning with its three production plants in Habo, Örnsköldsvik, Åhus and Falkenberg operates continuous quality development and has been certified in accordance with ISO 9001 since 1995.

Our quality goal

Fagerhults relations to customers are built on confidence. Our strength shall be that a given promises shall be fulfilled. If we find deviations shall the customer always be contacted so we can agree about actions. We shall learn of our mistakes and not make them again.
