Q4 net sales growth of 24.8% and the Group delivers it’s best year ever for net sales and operating profit.

Customer demand was very strong, resulting in the second highest quarterly net sales level ever. Our modern connected lighting solutions help customers reduce energy consumption by up to 90%.

Fagerhult Group commits to Science Based Targets initiative, SBTi, this was communicated at the Capital Markets Day that was held in Stockholm on August 31[st].

The second quarter order intake was at a high level as market conditions remained favorable and despite the external conditions net sales showed robust growth and the Group delivered another set of solid results.

The first quarter showed good growth in order intake and net sales. This is the result of high level of innovation and successes on the market from all our Group brands.

The results that we delivered as a Group for 2021 were strong and ahead of our anticipated recovery.

Order intake was MSEK 1,895 (1,664), an increase of +13.9% adjusted to +14.5% for currency effects of MSEK -7, acquisitions of MSEK +3 and disposals of MSEK -5.

To strengthen and further develop our presence on the North American market the Fagerhult Group has acquired the remaining 30% shares in Sistemalux Inc.
