The Company’s preliminary results for the first quarter of 2026 indicate a weaker operating profit compared to the information and conditions prevailing at the beginning of the quarter.

Order intake totalled MSEK 1,952 (1,873), adjusted for currency effects, and was in line with the corresponding period last year. After two quarters with varying trends, order intake stabilised during the period.”

As of today, Fagerhult Group has completed the acquisition of the technology company Capelon, the market leader in smart outdoor lighting in Sweden. Capelon's open IoT platform strengthen the Group’s offering in connected and energy-efficient lighting solutions.

Fagerhult Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Capelon, a Swedish technology company and the market leader in smart outdoor lighting in Sweden.

As of today, Fagerhult Group has completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Trato SAS, including its wholly owned subsidiaries Trato Industries SAS, TLV SAS, and Biolume SAS, which together form the Trato TLV Group. The business is based in Lille, France.

Fagerhult Group has appointed Oscar Wallstén as new CFO. Oscar brings extensive experience in leading financial governance and transformation within multinational organizations, with direct business responsibility both in Sweden and internationally.
