Fagerhult acquires retail lighting company in Spain

Fagerhults strategy is to be among the top three Lighting Systems providers in Europe through profitable growth. With this acquisition we will further strengthen our position in the important Spanish market.

Fagerhult SL has been in successful co-operation with Fagerhult for many years in Retail business. Commtech Commissioning Services is in the after sales market with maintenance for lighting and ventilation.

The companies are based in Laz Rozas, just outside Madrid and has 13 employees. The turnover is
30 MSEK.
