Fagerhult: Repurchase of shares

The board utilised authorisation within AB Fagerhult to repurchase own shares to hedge the company’s long term incentive program. 17 September 2007 the company repurchased 100 000 shares at a price of SEK 148 kr, which represent 0,8 % of the outstanding amount of shares. Fagerhult recognised for thinking outside of the box

Fagerhult joined a host of leading design companies at the Red Dot Design Awards ceremony, where their Open Box luminaire collected the Best of the Best prize in the lighting category. The Awards, held in Essen on the 25 June, not only celebrated the winning entries, first announced in June 2007, but also the launch of a new exhibition showcasing some of the worlds finest designs.

Fagerhult announces disposal of LampGustaf Inredning AB

Fagerhult today announces the sale of its subsidiaries LampGustaf Inredning AB and Fagerhult (HK) Sourcing Limited to Vätterleden Invest AB. Completion date will be 6 August 2007. The disposal will have no impact on the profit per share during 2007.

Fagerhult acquires 50% of the Belgian lighting company WACO

In order to strengthen the product offer and development possibilities for the retail division, Fagerhult has joined forces with the Belgian lighting manufacturer WACO and agreed a deal which gives a shared ownership with an option to acquire the remaining 50 % during 2009.

Decisions at shareholders´ general meeting 23 april 2007

Fagerhult has signed a letter of intent to acquire Eagle Lighting Group in Australia
